Ведущий специалист обязан: - соблюдать установленный порядок взаимодействия с государственными заказчиками, областными бюджетными учреждениями, муниципальными заказчиками, муниципальными бюджетными учреждениями и (или) уполномоченными органами, уполномоченными учреждениями; - принимать в установленном порядке заявки заказчиков на определение поставщика; - возвращать в установленных случаях заявки заказчику по результатам ее рассмотрения; - проверять содержащиеся в заявке сведения на соответствие требованиям нормативно правовых актов Российской Федерации о контрактной системе в сфере закупок; - формировать, в установленном порядке, на основании заявки заказчика и в пределах своих полномочий, извещение об осуществлении закупки для размещения в единой информационной системе; - готовить проект приказа Учреждения о проведении конкурентной процедуры, создании комиссии по осуществлению закупки, определении её состава, порядка работы, назначение председателя; - готовить, в соответствии с нормативно-правовыми актами Российской Федерации о контрактной системе в сфере закупок, разъяснения извещения об осуществлении закупки для размещения в единой информационной системе; - готовить, в соответствии с нормативно-правовыми актами Российской Федерации о контрактной системе в сфере закупок и в пределах своих полномочий, изменения в извещение об осуществлении закупки, для размещения в единой информационной системе; - участвовать в методологической помощи заказчикам по вопросам закупок товаров, работ и услуг для государственных и муниципальных нужд в пределах полномочий отдела; - участвовать в мероприятиях Учреждения по реализации дополнительных профессиональных образовательных программ в сфере закупок в организации семинаров, совещаний, иных мероприятий по вопросам, отнесенным к компетенции отдела; - соблюдать установленный порядок организации доступа к сети Интернет, антивирусной защиты и защиты информации; - поддерживать уровень квалификации, необходимый для надлежащего исполнения должностных обязанностей; - соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, трудовое законодательство, правил по охране труда, пожарной безопасности, антитеррористической безопасности, положение о защите персональных данных, законодательство об антикоррупционной политике.
