обеспечивает размещение информации о проведении закупок в Единой информационной системе в сфере закупок (далее ЕИС) в порядке, предусмотренном законодательством и муниципальными правовыми актами; осуществляет прием и регистрацию заявок от заказчиков и инициаторов закупок для размещения закупок в конкурентной форме; обеспечивает размещение документов, необходимых для размещения закупок и проведения конкурентных процедур в ЕИС в сроки, установленные действующим законодательством Российской Федерации после согласования с ответственными должностными лицами и утверждения заказчиком; предоставляет конкурсную документацию, документацию об аукционе на основании заявления любого заинтересованного лица, в сроки, установленные действующим законодательством; принимает запросы на разъяснение положений конкурсной документации, документации об аукционе, и направляет в письменной форме или в форме электронного документа разъяснения положений конкурсной документации, документации об аукционе в сроки, установленные действующим законодательством; осуществляет прием и регистрацию заявок на участие в конкурсе, аукционе, котировочных заявок и иных, определенных условиями закупок, запросов котировок цен, документов от участников размещения заказа; уведомляет членов комиссии о месте, дате и времени заседаний, осуществляет их организационно-техническое сопровождение (в том числе, проведение аукциона); проводит по решению комиссии изучение заявок участников размещения закупок на соответствие требованиям, установленным конкурсной документацией, документацией об аукционе, извещением о проведении запроса котировок, и проверку соответствия участников размещения заказа требованиям, установленным законодательством; обеспечивает размещение протоколов заседаний комиссий в сроки, установленные законодательством в ЕИС, после их подписания всеми присутствующими на заседании членами комиссии; в случае делегирования заказчиками соответствующих полномочий осуществляет размещение закупок путем проведения совместных торгов при потребности в закупке одноименных товаров, выполнении одноименных работ, оказании одноименных услуг у нескольких заказчиков в порядке, установленном действующим законодательством; участвует в подготовке проектов документов нормативно-правового характера.
