1.Ведет запись и регистрацию больных, обратившихся в медицинскую организацию для получения медицинских услуг. 2.Обеспечивает хранение и доставку медицинских карт в кабинет врача. 3.Вносит данные пациентов с поступивших бланков направлений в электронные базы данных, используя специализированные компьютерные программы, предусмотренные действующими нормативно-правовыми документами и инструкциями. Норма времени внесения данных направления на пренатальную диагностику - не более 3,5 минут на одно направление. Норма времени внесения данных направления на неонатальный скрининг - не более 2-х минут на одно направление. 4. Знает и умеет работать с программным обеспечением (далее ПО), имеющимся в отделении МГК: ПРОМЕД, АСТРАЙЯ, Мониторинг ВПР, Мониторинг новорожденных и др. 5.Ведет журналы регистрации и дефектур,обеспечивает их хранение. 6.Вносит данные пациентов с поступивших бланков направлений в электронные базы данных, используя специализированные компьютерные программы предусмотренные действующими нормативно-правовыми документами и инструкциями. 7. Собирает недостающую информацию путем телефонных звонков в ЛПУ, а также используя медицинскую информацию из электронной системы ПРОМЕД . 8. Обеспечивает сохранность персональных данных пациентов и их защиту от несанкционированного доступа. 9.Принимает от других ЛПУ требования и выдает согласно им пробирки и бланки. 10. Исполняет обязанности согласно должностной инструкции
