Консультировать клиентов и партнеров по графику работы Общества, предоставлять общую информацию. Осуществлять рассылку информации с помощью базы данных или телефонное информирование. Осуществлять работу в онлайн-чатах на сайте, в мессенджерах и социальных сетях, обеспечивая оперативное взаимодействие с клиентами и партнерами. Осуществлять обработку входящих звонков и электронных писем. Работа с базой данных, регистрация заявок.

СТАВКА 0,25, с оплатой пропорционально отработанному времени (9500 р.), удаленный формат работы, с посещением офиса не реже одного раза в месяц, для участия в очных совещаниях и развивающих мероприятиях. Опыт работы на должности администратора, специалиста контакт-центра, колл-центра (схожие направления) от 2-х лет. ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО практический опыт работы (подтвержденный записью в тк-этк), в сфере обслуживания клиентов по дистанционным каналам не менее 1 года (высокие репутационные риски компании) . Знание законодательных и нормативных правовых актов, регламентирующих предпринимательскую, коммерческую и рекламную деятельность. Знание принципов работы средств вычислительной техники, коммуникаций и связи. Уверенный пользователь ПК, MC Office, системы управления взаимоотношений с клиентами (CRM). Знание этики делового общения. Знание основ делопроизводства и документооборота. Внимательность к деталям. Коммуникабельность и умение выстраивать деловые отношения. Устойчивый домашний интернет, так как формат работы дистанционный.
