Обеспечение пользователей библиотеки Учебно-производственного центра (далее -УПЦ) (специалистов, обучающихся, преподавателей) учебной, нормативно-справочной и другой литературой Обеспечение расширения ассортимента библиотечно-информационных услуг, повышения их качества на основе использования оргтехники и автоматизации библиотечно-информационных процессов. Обеспечение информационной поддержки раздела электронная библиотека сайта УПЦ в Информационно-справочной системе Общества Выполнение работ по обеспечению библиотечных процессов: комплектование, пополнение, обработку библиотечного фонда, каталогизацию печатных, аудиовизуальных и электронных ресурсов. Участие в инвентаризации, списании устаревшей и ветхой литературы по установленным правилам и нормам Оформление и регистрация командировочной документации в системе ИУС П, ведение журнала учета прибывших в служебную командировку в УПЦ, проставление отметок в командировочном удостоверении о прибытии и выбытии работников структурных подразделений Общества и сторонних организаций, командированных в УПЦ для прохождения обучения Ведение делопроизводства УПЦ, выполнение различных операций с применением компьютерной техники, предназначенной для сбора, обработки и представления информации. Оформление заявок на обеспечение УПЦ необходимыми средствами организационной техники, канцелярскими принадлежностями Формирование дел в соответствии с утвержденной номенклатурой УПЦ, обеспечение их сохранности, подготовка к сдаче в архив в установленные сроки

Знание: законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации, определяющие развитие в сферах библиотечного и архивного дела; Основы библиотечного дела, библиографии; Основные библиотечные технологические процессы; Формы, методы индивидуальной и массовой работы с читателями; Порядок приема, учета и хранения документов, систематизации и подготовки их к краткосрочному и долгосрочному хранению; Основы делового этикета, служебной этики, психологии общения; Основы делопроизводства Уметь пользоваться оргтехникой (принтер, сканер, МФУ); Иметь навыки работы с ПК на уровне уверенного пользователя (Р-7 Офис, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point и другое)
