The posting

- Разработка и адаптация программ, подбор методов, формы обучения и специальные учебные материалы с учётом индивидуальных особенностей лиц с ОВЗ; - Консультирование педагогов приёмам индивидуального и инклюзивного подхода, делиться наработками и помогать решать профессиональные задачи; - Налаживание взаимодействия между разными специалистами (психологом, дефектологом, логопедом, социальным педагогом, тьютором) и родителями, создание условий для успешной адаптации, обучения и социализации лиц с ОВЗ; - Оценка уровня развития студентов с ОВЗ, выявляние их сильных и слабых сторон, особенностей восприятия и усвоения материала; - Отслеживаие процесса, оценка эффективности выбранных методов и при необходимости вносение в программу правок; - Организация мероприятий, которые формируют в коллективе понимание важности инклюзии; - Налаживание связей с другими организациями (в том числе общественными), которые заинтересованы в развитии инклюзивного образования; - Взаимодействие с социальными партнерами, помощь в выявлении детей и семей, которым нужна поддержка, и координация внешних ресурсов

Высшее психологическое образование с опытом работы по направлению не менее 2-х лет; Знание: нормативных актов в сфере образования, в том числе законы об образовании и о социальной защите инвалидов; основ педагогики, возрастной и специальной психологии; технологий психолого-педагогического и коррекционного сопровождения; особенностей разных нарушений развития и то, какая среда нужна для успешной адаптации лиц с ОВЗ.
