Участие в разработке нормативных правовых документов в области промышленного производства и охраны окружающей среды и изменений в них; Оценка комплексных экологических разрешений и программ повышения экологической эффективности рассматриваемых отраслей промышленности; Участие в разработке документов национальной системы стандартизации/ГОСТ, в том числе информационно-технических справочников по наилучшим доступным технологиям (ИТС НДТ); Сбор и обработка аналитической, статистической и научной информации нефтегазодобывающей отрасли промышленности, необходимой для решения исследовательских задач и выполнения государственного заказа; Расчет выбросов парниковых газов и подготовка аналитических материалов в области климата.

Высшее образование; Знание технологических процессов и оборудования в металлургической и горнодобывающей промышленности; Опыт разработки (участие в разработке, руководство разработкой) разрешительной документации для предприятий рассматриваемых отраслей (ПДВ/НДВ, ПДС/НДС, ПНООЛР, ПЭК, СЗЗ и др.) и формирования государственной отчетности (2-ТП и пр.); Опыт участия в формировании заявок на получение комплексного экологического разрешения и разработки программ повышения экологической эффективности (руководство разработкой); Знание действующего законодательства в области охраны окружающей среды; Владение языками: английский (предпочтительно); Стаж по специальности не менее 5 лет, (не менее 10 лет - для руководителя).

Федеральное государственное автономное учреждение «Научно-исследовательский институт «Центр экологической промышленной политики» - подведомственное учреждение Минпромторга России ведет работу по трем основным направлениям деятельности: - Бюро наилучших доступных технологий (НДТ); - Научно-методический центр «Управление отходами и вторичными ресурсами»; - Аналитический центр устойчивого развития промышленности Министерства промышленности и торговли Российской Федерации (аналитический цент по парниковым газам). В настоящее время ФГАУ «НИИ «ЦЭПП» расширяет команду профессионалов и приглашает на работу заместителя начальника отдела, а также инженера-эколога в качестве специалиста-исполнителя в области металлургии и горнодобывающей отрасли. Условия: Место работы: г. Москва, м. Серпуховская; График работы: 5/2, 9.00-18.00; Оформление согласно ТК РФ с первого дня; Срок испытания - 3 месяца; Своевременная выплата заработной платы 2 раза в месяц; ДМС; Дружелюбная атмосфера и возможность работать в динамичной команде; Возможности для профессионального развития и обучения. *Заработная плата по результатам собеседования.
