Бюджетирование и управленческий учет: Разработка и контроль исполнения бюджетов (БДР, БДДС) компании; Ежемесячный подробный план-факторный анализ бюджетных форм, в том числе по подразделениям, выявление причин отклонений, подготовка аналитических записок; Формирование платежного календаря, контроль его исполнения, анализ причин отклонений. Планирование производства: Планирование выпуска продукции, потребности в сырье и материалах с учетом специфики производства санитарно-гигиенических изделий; Расчет себестоимости на основе калькуляций; Расчет финансового результата по заключаемым договорам. Финансовое моделирование и инвестиции: Разработка бизнес-планов и финансовых моделей для новых проектов; Оценка инвестиционных проектов, расчет окупаемости. Управление коллективом: Руководство планово-экономическим отделом: постановка задач, распределение нагрузки, контроль сроков и качества работы, развитие и мотивация сотрудников; Организация эффективного взаимодействия отдела с производственными и коммерческими подразделениями. Аналитика и презентации: Подготовка делового письма и презентационных материалов (визуализация данных для руководства).

Высшее профессиональное (финансово-экономическое) образование. Стаж работы на аналогичных должностях не менее 5 лет на производственном предприятии. Знание принципов бюджетирования, планирования, бухгалтерского и управленческого учета. Опыт построения финансовых моделей Отличные навыки работы в MS Excel: обработка больших объёмов информации, составление сводных таблиц. Знание программных продуктов 1С:ERP, 1С:ДО Навыки подготовки делового письма и презентационных материалов Аналитический склад ума, внимательность к деталям, умение работать с большими массивами данных. Высокий уровень ответственности, умение работать в режиме многозадачности
