Уход за пляжем и пирсами: очистка береговой линии от водорослей, мусора и веток, выравнивание песка. Обслуживание зоны отдыха: расстановка и чистка шезлонгов, зонтов, навесов и уличной мебели. Работа с плавсредствами: подготовка к прокату, мытье и мелкий ремонт лодок, катамаранов, SUP-бордов. Уход за зелёной зоной: стрижка газонов, уборка опавшей листвы, полив растений, а в зимнее время расчистка дорожек от снега и наледи. Хозяйственные и ремонтные задачи Мелкий ремонт: починка заборов, беседок, садовой мебели, замена лампочек, устранение мелких неполадок в сантехнике или электрике в гостевых домиках. Погрузочно-разгрузочные работы: разгрузка продуктов для кухни, доставка дров для мангалов и бань, перенос тяжелой мебели или оборудования. Сбор и вывоз мусора: очистка урн по всей территории, вынос отходов в центральные контейнеры, поддержание чистоты утилизационных зон. Помощь другим службам: выполнение поручений администратора, помощь горничным (например, перенос тяжелых тюков с бельем).

Навыки мелкого ремонта: базовые умения в плотницком деле (починить забор, беседку, настил), сантехнике (устранить засор, поменять кран) и электрике (заменить розетку, лампочку). Умение работать с садовой техникой: уверенное владение бензопилой, газонокосилкой, триммером. Навыки работы со строительным инструментом: умение пользоваться дрелью, шуруповертом, болгаркой и шлифмашиной. Личные качества и физические данные Высокая физическая выносливость: готовность к тяжелому физическому труду на открытом воздухе в любую погоду (жара, дождь, мороз) и подъему тяжестей. Отсутствие вредных привычек: для работодателей на базах отдыха критически важна дисциплинированность и трезвость на рабочем месте. Исполнительность и самостоятельность: умение четко выполнять задачи администратора и самостоятельно подмечать, где нужно навести порядок или что-то починить.
