Руководить личным составом караула пожарной части; Выезжать во главе дежурного караула на тушение пожаров, руководить работой подчиненного личного состава при спасании людей, тушении пожаров и материальных ценностей; Организовывать и контролировать несение службы работниками караула, в том числе проверять несение службы лицами внутреннего наряда; Обеспечивать выполнение плана профессиональной подготовки личным составом караула в период дежурства, проводить занятия по всем видам профессиональной подготовки с личным составом караула; Проводить мероприятия по поддержанию пожарной техники, пожарно-технического вооружения и оборудования, огнетушащих веществ, пожарных рукавов, телефонной и радиосвязи, сигнализации, пожарных гидрантов и водоисточников в районе выезда пожарной части в постоянной готовности; Контролировать: правильность ведения водительским составом дежурного караула учета расходования горюче-смазочных и других эксплуатационных материалов; соблюдение графиков проведения технических обслуживаний пожарной техники, пожарно-технического вооружения и оборудования; Разрабатывать и корректировать документы: регламентирующие организацию караульной службы по плану работы пожарной части; предварительного планирования действий по тушению пожара и связанных с ними аварийно-спасательных работ; Контролировать правильность заполнения журналов проведения технического обслуживания, журналов приемки пожарных автомобилей при приеме-сдаче дежурства и формуляров на пожарные автомобили; Вести учет неисправных пожарных гидрантов и водоемов, проводить осмотр и контролировать качество их ремонта и соблюдение сроков ввода их в эксплуатацию; Обеспечивать своевременный ремонт, испытание, маркировку и постановку в расчет пожарно-технического вооружения и оборудования пожарной части.
