The posting

Начальник сектора, в соответствии с Положением об Управлении организует его эффективную работу и обеспечивает трудовую дисциплину в коллективе. Разрабатывает и обеспечивает реализацию перспективных планов работы Управления, предоставляет отчеты о выполнении планов начальнику Управления и в Администрацию города. Осуществляет: комплексный контроль над деятельностью управляющих компаний и эксплуатирующих организаций, осуществляющих деятельность в сферах ЖКХ; контроль за выполнением планов сезонных мероприятий по подготовке к зиме; контроль электро, тепло, газо и водоснабжения населения, водоотведения, снабжения населения топливом в пределах полномочий, установленных законодательством Российской Федерации. Участвует: в проведении кадровой политики в отраслях, входящих в компетенцию деятельности Управления; в проведении анализа эффективности деятельности предприятий ЖКХ; в работе штабов и комиссий по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию Управления; в аппаратных совещаниях и заседаниях по рассмотрению вопросов, входящих в компетенцию Управления. Организует выборочные, плановые и внеплановые проверки деятельности управляющих компаний и других организаций и предприятий, осуществляющих деятельность в сферах, относящихся к компетенции Управления. Рассматривает обращения граждан и организаций в Администрацию города по вопросам содержания и ремонта жилья, оказания коммунальных услуг, организует приём граждан по названным вопросам.
