Проводить анализ результатов испытаний сырьевых материалов, подбор рационального зернового состава смеси заполнителей. Проводить периодические испытания готовой продукции и бетона (морозостойкости, истираемости, водопоглощения), согласно утвержденным графикам периодических испытаний. При необходимости проводить своевременную корректировку графиков периодических испытаний. Проводить статистический контроль и обработку результатов лабораторных испытаний в соответствии с требованиями стандарта по правилам контроля и оценки прочности. Своевременно вести и правильно заполнять техническую документацию установленной формы по приемо-сдаточным, периодическим испытаниям и лабораторному контролю качества поступивших материалов, бетона и готовых изделий. Принимать участие в разработке технологических нормативов, инструкций, технологических регламентов, технических условий, в разработке и постановке продукции на производство, вносить предложения по изменениям в технической документации в связи с корректировкой технологических процессов и режимов производства. Принимать участие в выполнении исследовательских работ при разработке новых и совершенствовании действующих методов лабораторных испытаний, анализов, исследований, оказывать помощь в их освоении. Принимать участие в проведении сертификации и инспекционного контроля продукции. Своевременно подготавливать образцы и акты отбора проб для проведения радиологического контроля. Проводить лабораторные испытания опытных и промышленных партий изготовленной продукции при разработке новых рецептур, при внедрении новых добавок, пигментов, инертных материалов, при проведении мероприятий по улучшению качества продукции, при постановке на производство новых видов продукции со своевременным оформлением отчетов. Обеспечивать своевременную организацию проведения работ по проверке (калибровки) средств измерений лаборатории в установленные сроки.

знание законодательных и нормативных материалов по управлению качеством продукции; знание программы 1С: документооборот будет являться преимуществом.
