1. Помощь детям в самообслуживании и развитии навыков: Оказание помощи детям в одевании и раздевании по мере необходимости. Помощь в приёме пищи: доставка еды с пищеблока, раздача воспитанникам, уборка и мытьё посуды. Организация сервировки столов (совместно с детьми старшего возраста). Проведение гигиенических и закаливающих процедур, привитие культурно-гигиенических навыков. Контроль соблюдения детьми распорядка дня. 2. Присмотр и сопровождение детей: Присмотр за детьми во время сна. Сопровождение воспитанников на прогулках, занятиях и мероприятиях. Контроль поведения детей в ситуациях взаимодействия с другими детьми для обеспечения их безопасности. Присмотр за детьми при отсутствии воспитателя в группе по уважительной причине, а также во время проведения воспитателем подгрупповых занятий. 3. Санитарно-гигиеническое обслуживание: Проведение влажной уборки групповых комнат минимум два раза в день с использованием моющих и дезинфицирующих средств. Санитарная обработка посуды и детских столов перед каждым приёмом пищи. Ежедневная гигиеническая обработка санузлов не менее двух раз в день, детских горшков (при их наличии) после каждого применения. Смена постельного белья по мере загрязнения, но не реже одного раза в неделю, маркировка белья и полотенец. Санитарная обработка игрушек. Проветривание помещений в соответствии с графиком. Дополнительные мероприятия при неблагоприятной эпидемической ситуации, контроль дезинфекционной обработки посуды и соблюдение дезинфекционного режима во время карантина. 4. Участие в образовательном процессе: Помощь воспитателю в подготовке к занятиям и проведение уборки после них. Участие в подготовке и проведении праздников и досугов. Проведение подвижных и развивающих игр с детьми (с теми, кто не занят с воспитателем). Создание благоприятной микросреды и морально-психологического климата для каждого ребёнка, содействие развитию общения детей. 5. Взаимодействие с родителями: Информирование родителей (законных представителей) об самочувствии детей. Проведение собеседований с родителями по вопросам формирования у детей навыков самообслуживания, социальной адаптации. Оперативное взаимодействие с родителями в случае экстренной ситуации. 6. Дополнительные обязанности: Присмотр за детьми с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ) и детьми-инвалидами с учётом их индивидуальных особенностей. Соблюдение правил охраны труда, производственной санитарии, пожарной безопасности. Прохождение медицинских осмотров, профессиональной гигиенической подготовки и аттестации, вакцинации. Бережное отношение к имуществу работодателя. Немедленное информирование руководителя о ситуациях, угрожающих жизни и здоровью людей.

Достаточно среднего общего образования (11 классов). Если у человека только основное общее (9 классов), он должен пройти программу профессиональной подготовки (обычно не менее 144 академических часов). С 2026 года в рамках ФГОС ДОО работодатели всё чаще прямо требуют документ о профессиональном обучении по профилю помощник воспитателя .
