Организовывать и контролировать выполнение работ по содержанию, текущему и капитальному ремонту дорог и дорожных сооружений в соответствии с нормативами и проектной документацией. Планировать производственную деятельность: формировать графики работ, распределять ресурсы, определять объёмы и сроки, следить за исполнением планов. Обеспечивать разработку, согласование и ведение технической документации (техзадания, технологические карты, схемы организации движения и т. д.). Контролировать качество работ и применяемых материалов, проводить приёмку, фиксировать отклонения и добиваться их устранения. Отвечать за охрану труда: обеспечивать безопасные условия работы, контролировать проведение инструктажей, наличие допусков и соблюдение требований ОТ персоналом и подрядчиками. Контролировать соблюдение требований экологической безопасности и рационального недропользования при добыче и использовании дорожно-строительных материалов, следить за выполнением природоохранных мероприятий. Координировать взаимодействие с подрядчиками и надзорными органами (ГИБДД, МЧС, Ростехнадзор, Росприроднадзор), участвовать в оформлении исполнительной документации.

Высшее профильное образование (автомобильные дороги). Стаж работы по специальности (в дорожной отрасли) не менее 10 лет, в том числе на инженерно-технических или руководящих должностях не менее 5 лет. Знание нормативной базы, опыт работы с проектной и исполнительной документацией. Умение работать в условиях сезонности и ЧС, навыки взаимодействия с госорганами, управленческие навыки.
