The posting

1. Организует технически правильную эксплуатацию и своевременный ремонт энергетического оборудования и энергосистем, бесперебойное обеспечение учреждения электроэнергией, контроль за рациональным расходованием энергетических ресурсов в учреждении, последовательное соблюдение режима экономии. 2. Руководит планированием работы энергетических хозяйств, разработкой графиков ремонта энергетического оборудования и энергосетей, планов потребления учреждением электроэнергии, норм расхода и режимов потребления электроэнергии. 3. Обеспечивает составление заявок и необходимых расчетов к ним на приобретение энергетического оборудования, материалов, запасных частей, на отпуск учреждению электрической энергии и присоединение дополнительной мощности к энергоснабжающим предприятиям, разработку мероприятий по снижению норм расхода электроэнергии, внедрению новой техники, способствующей более надежной, экономичной и безопасной работе электроустановок, а также повышению производительности труда. 4. Участвует в разработке планов перспективного развития электрохозяйства. 5. Организует проверку средств учета, контроля, защиты и автоматики, а также своевременное предъявление органам, осуществляющим государственный технический надзор. 6. Организует разработку мероприятий по повышению эффективности использования энергетических ресурсов, надежности и экономичности работы электроустановок, предотвращению аварий, созданию безопасных и благоприятных условий труда при их эксплуатации. 7. Осуществляет контроль за соблюдением правил охраны труда и техники безопасности, инструкций по эксплуатации электроустановок и использованию энергооборудования и сетей.
