The posting

Обеспечивать сохранность хозяйственного инвентаря, его восстановление и пополнение, а также соблюдение чистоты в помещениях и на прилегающей территории. Обеспечивать управление основными средствами Учреждения (мебель, хозяйственный и мягкий инвентарь и др.), осуществлять контроль за их сохранностью и проведением своевременного ремонта. Организовывать подготовку необходимых документов для заключения договоров на оказание услуг, получение и хранение необходимых хозяйственных материалов и инвентаря, обеспечивать ими работников Учреждения, а также вести учет их расходования и составлять установленную отчетность. Осуществлять подготовку договоров гражданско-правового характера (в рамках своей компетенции), их согласование с должностными лицами (заместителем начальника, главным бухгалтером, юрисконсультом). Организовать оформление необходимых документов для заключения договоров на оказание услуг и приобретение иных материальных средств. Контролировать рациональное расходование материалов и средств, выделяемых для хозяйственных целей. Следить за состоянием помещений и принимать меры по своевременному их ремонту. Обеспечивать работников предметами хозяйственного обихода. Обеспечивать иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства, содержащихся в Учреждении, предметами хозяйственного обихода, согласно нормам материально-бытового обеспечения, утвержденных Постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 30.12.2013 № 1306. Обеспечивать доставку постельного белья и полотенец иностранных граждан в прачечную для стирки и последующей дезинфекции. При обнаружении порчи имущества и оборудования иностранными гражданами и лицами без гражданства, а также о всех недостатках, обнаруженных во время работы, немедленно ставить в известность начальнику отдела, при его отсутствии лицу, его замещающему. Производить выдачу иностранным гражданам и лицам без гражданства, содержащимся в Учреждении, инвентарь для уборки комнат содержания. Выдача производится в присутствии старшего (администратора) дежурной смены. Руководить работой обслуживающего персонала. Принимать участие в инвентаризации материальных ценностей Вести необходимый учёт материальных ценностей.

среднее профессионального образования и стаж работы по хозяйственному обслуживанию не менее 1 (одного) года или начальное профессиональное образование и стаж работы по хозяйственному обслуживанию не менее 3 (трёх) лет; наличие дипломов (свидетельств) о повышении квалификации или переподготовки по своей специальности (предпочтительно).
