-Проводить оценку эффективности установленного в Обществе режима труда и отдыха, рабочего времени, времени отдыха; формировать и контролировать исполнение баланса рабочего времени в соответствии с установленными режимами (графиками) работы.-Рассчитывать оптимальную численность работников в соответствие с плановыми объемами производства.-Проводить анализ профессионально-квалификационной структуры и численности работников по направлениям производственной, управленческой деятельности в разрезе видов выполняемых работ.-Проверять и анализировать соответствие тарифных разрядов оплаты труда по выполняемым работам с учетом оценки их уровня сложности.-Производить расчет целевых и фактических значений ключевых показателей производительности труда работников с целью определения размеров стимулирующих выплат с подготовкой исходных данных для начисления премии и дополнительного вознаграждения.-Производить расчет переменной части заработной платы работников по результатам выполнения ключевых показателей производственной деятельности.-Проводить анализ эффективности применяемой в Обществе системы оплаты труда и материального стимулирования работников.-Контролировать правильность начисления заработной платы, нарядов на сдельные работы, начисления стимулирующих выплат по основным и дополнительным системам премирования, проводимого в Обществе, на бумажном носителе и в автоматизированных системах.-Проводить факторный анализ структуры и состава фонда оплаты труда работников участка (численность 300-320 чел.).
