Вакансия компании: Техномикс «Техномикс» — динамичный розничный магазин с широчайшим ассортиментом бытовой, садовой и строительной техники. Главная фишка нашего формата — скидки до 80% круглый год! Мы ищем энергичного сотрудника, который станет ключевым звеном нашей команды. Опыт в бытовой технике не обязателен. Если вы умеете общаться с людьми, хотите влиять на свой доход и готовы развиваться в продажах — всему необходимому обучим. Условия: Фиксированная ставка 4 000 ₽ за смену + личный процент от продаж. График 4/3 или 5/2, рабочее время с 10:00 до 22:00. Стабильные выплаты 2 раза в месяц. Обучение, поддержка наставника и возможности профессионального и карьерного роста. Обязанности: Консультировать клиентов в торговом зале и онлайн. Работать только с входящими заявками, без холодного поиска. Помогать клиентам подбирать технику под задачи и бюджет. Презентовать товар и сопровождать клиента от первого обращения до покупки. Вести клиентов и обращения в AmoCRM. Работать с кассой. Поддерживать порядок в рабочей зоне. При необходимости помогать с подготовкой товара к выдаче или доставке. Требования: Готовность работать с клиентами и развиваться в продажах. Желание влиять на свой доход. Ответственность и обучаемость. Ориентация на результат. Уверенные коммуникативные навыки. Опыт продаж будет преимуществом, но не является обязательным. Опыт работы с AmoCRM или Битрикс24 также будет плюсом.
