вести бухгалтерский и бюджетный учёт основных средств в соответствии с действующими ФСБУ, инструкциями Минфина и учётной политикой учреждения; принимать, проверять и обрабатывать первичные документы по поступлению, перемещению, модернизации, выбытию и списанию основных средств (в т. ч. формы ОС‑1, ОС‑2, ОС‑3, ОС‑4, ОС‑6 и аналогичные); отражать в учёте операции по начислению амортизации, переоценке, консервации/расконсервации, инвентаризации основных средств; участвовать в проведении плановых и внеплановых инвентаризаций, оформлять их результаты, выявлять и фиксировать расхождения, готовить предложения по урегулированию; формировать регистры учёта и отчётность по участку ОС, в том числе для представления в вышестоящие органы и контролирующие структуры; контролировать корректность данных в учётной системе, участвовать в сверках с материально ответственными лицами и подразделениями; обеспечивать хранение первичных документов и регистров в соответствии с номенклатурой дел и сроками хранения, готовить документы для передачи в архив/

профильное образование: высшее или среднее профессиональное (экономическое, бухгалтерское) либо профпереподготовка в области бухучёта; знание нормативной базы: ФСБУ (в т. ч. ФСБУ 6/2020 Основные средства ), Инструкции № 157н, Инструкции № 191н/33н, Бюджетного кодекса РФ, законодательства о бухучёте; опыт работы бухгалтером от 1 года, желательно на участке учёта основных средств или в бюджетной сфере; уверенное владение 1С:Бухгалтерия государственного учреждения (или аналогичной учётной системой учреждения), справочно‑правовыми системами (КонсультантПлюс, Гарант), MS Excel.
