2.1. Осуществляет общее руководство работой отделения, участвует в подборе и обучении сотрудников, обеспечивает надлежащие условия труда и контроль за деятельностью сотрудников, выполняет поручения директора учреждения. 2.2. Организует перспективное и текущее планирование деятельности отделения. 2.3. Планирует свою работу в соответствии с планом работы отделения ежедневно, на неделю, месяц, квартал, год. 2.4. Осуществляет конкретные мероприятия по предоставлению социальных услуг несовершеннолетним, проводит регулярный контроль за объемом и качеством предоставляемых услуг. 2.5. Участвует в работе по профилактике безнадзорности несовершеннолетних, защите их прав. 2.6. Определяет объем работы сотрудников отделения с учетом характера предоставляемых услуг. 2.7. Информирует руководство учреждения о недостатках в социальном обслуживании несовершеннолетних отделения, принимает меры к их устранению. 2.8. Вносит предложения по совершенствованию форм и методов обслуживания, оказывает помощь специалистам отделения в освоении и разработке инновационных программ и технологий. 2.9. Обеспечивает сохранность материальных ценностей, осуществляет мероприятия по соблюдению в отделении санитарно эпидемиологического и противопожарного режимов. 2.10. Отвечает за ведение документации, учет и отчетность отделения. 2.11. Информирует руководство учреждения о неисправностях оборудования, приборов, аппаратуры для принятия необходимых мер по устранению обнаруженных неисправностей. 2.12. Разрабатывает критерии оценки качества предоставления социальных услуг. 2.13. Осуществляет мероприятия по повышению квалификации персонала и профилактике профессионального выгорания.
