Оказание доврачебной медицинской помощи населению в пределах своей компетенции амбулаторно и на дому. Диагностика и лечение неосложнённых острых и хронических заболеваний, их обострений, травм, отравлений в соответствии с назначениями врача. Направление пациентов к узким специалистам или в медицинские организации для оказания специализированной помощи. Определение показаний для госпитализации и организация транспортировки в стационар. Забор и перевозка биологического материала для исследований, проведение простейших лабораторных исследований. Выявление инфекционных больных и контактных лиц, проведение санитарно-противоэпидемических мероприятий. Выполнение назначений лечащего врача, в том числе по медицинской реабилитации. Проведение реанимационных мероприятий и интенсивной терапии при острых состояниях, несчастных случаях. Контроль состояния здоровья детей в воспитательных и учебных заведениях, которые расположены на территории населённого пункта и не имеют в штате медработников. Выдача справок, направлений на обследования, листов нетрудоспособности и других медицинских документов . Участие в профилактических осмотрах, диспансеризации, проведение санитарно-просветительской работы среди населения. Выполнение простейших и аппаратных физиотерапевтических процедур, лечебного массажа . Организация патронажа детей и беременных женщин, систематическое наблюдение за состоянием здоровья отдельных категорий граждан (например, инвалидов, ветеранов ВОВ, ведущих специалистов сельского хозяйства). Проведение профилактических, противоэпидемических и санитарно-гигиенических мероприятий, направленных на снижение заболеваемости, прежде всего инфекционной и паразитарной, сельскохозяйственного и бытового травматизма. Информирование территориального управления санитарно-эпидемиологической службы о выявленных инфекционных, паразитарных и профессиональных болезнях, случаях массового отравления населения и нарушениях санитарно-гигиенических требований.
