The posting

Осуществление дежурств в стационаре согласно утверждённому графику: приём и осмотр вновь поступивших пациентов, оценка тяжести состояния, первичная диагностика. Динамическое наблюдение за пациентами отделения в период дежурства, своевременная коррекция терапии при ухудшении состояния. Оказание экстренной и неотложной медицинской помощи детям в соответствии с клиническими протоколами, при необходимости организация перевода в отделение реанимации и интенсивной терапии. Назначение лабораторных и инструментальных исследований, интерпретация результатов в рамках дежурства. Ведение медицинской документации (записи в истории болезни, оформление направлений, экстренных извещений и т.д.) в установленном порядке. Взаимодействие со смежными службами стационара (лаборатория, рентген, функциональная диагностика, узкие специалисты), организация консилиумов при необходимости. Информирование дежурного администратора и заведующего отделением о критических ситуациях и значимых изменениях в состоянии пациентов. Консультирование среднего и младшего медперсонала отделения по вопросам ухода и выполнения назначений в период дежурства.

Высшее медицинское образование по специальности Педиатрия либо Лечебное дело с последующей ординатурой/интернатурой или профессиональной переподготовкой по специальности Педиатрия . Действующее свидетельство об аккредитации специалиста. Готовность к работе в сменном режиме, в том числе в ночное время. Опыт работы в детском стационаре приветствуется. Знание порядков оказания медицинской помощи, стандартов и клинических рекомендаций по профилю Педиатрия .
