составляет первичные документы в сроки, установленные графиком документооборота; обеспечивает контроль за соответствием первичных учетных документов и регистров учета, сформированных ответственными лицами, порядку заполнения согласно действующему законодательству; устанавливает регламенты взаимодействия пользователей с этими прикладными программными средствами и информационными ресурсами; выявляет случаи нарушения ответственными лицами графика документооборота и порядка представления в бухгалтерскую службу первичных учетных документов, информирует об этом главного бухгалтера; систематизирует первичные документы текущего отчетного периода в соответствии с учетной политикой учреждения; формирует числовые показатели отчетов, входящих в состав бухгалтерской (финансовой), статистической отчетности, проводит их счетную и логическую проверку; формирует пояснения к бухгалтерскому балансу и отчету о финансовых результатах; передает в архив бухгалтерскую (финансовую) отчетность в установленные сроки и обеспечивает ее сохранность до передачи в архив. формирует в соответствии с законодательством о бухгалтерском учете учетную политику с привлечением при необходимости иных должностных лиц учреждения; организует документооборот в бухгалтерии при полном взаимодействии структурных подразделений и лиц, ответственных за оформление фактов хозяйственной жизни; взаимодействует с подотчетным лицом и контрактным управляющим при согласовании проведения закупки малого объема в процессе оформления обязательных унифицированных учетных документов, являющихся основанием обоснования закупки; соблюдает положения графика документооборота и порядка документооборота, утвержденных приказом руководителя учреждения; проверяет качество ведения регистров бухучета и составления бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности; рассчитывает налоги, обязанность уплаты которых лежит на учреждении в соответствии с налоговым законодательством; составляет налоговую отчетность; разрабатывает и ведет налоговые регистры; обеспечивает хранение документов по финансовому анализу и планированию; планирует доходы и расходы учреждения; готовит предложения по составлению плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности учреждения; руководит работой по эффективному управлению средствами учреждения; составляет отчеты об исполнении плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, ведет контроль за целевым использованием средств, соблюдением финансовой дисциплины и своевременностью расчетов; участвует в разработке плановых затрат на оказание услуг, работ. Замещает главного бухгалтера в период его отсутствия.

Высшее экономическое образование. Опыт работы в бухгалтерской службе бюджетной организации.
