Ведущий инженер-энергетик обеспечивает бесперебойную эксплуатацию, диспетчеризацию и мониторинг технико-экономических показателей энергообъектов Сбера. Планирует текущий ремонт оборудования, проводит противоаварийные тренировки и расследует инциденты. Первый этап отбора на эту вакансию – общение с AI-рекрутером. Обязанности Организация сопровождения и контроля работоспособности АС диспетчеризации и мониторинга Мониторинг объектов и их технико-экономических показателей с использованием автоматизированных систем Организация и обеспечение бесперебойного функционирования конструкций зданий, включая контроль технического состояния и поддержание в исправном состоянии, наладку, регулировку и подготовку конструктивных элементов зданий и оборудования к сезонной эксплуатации Планирование, организация, проведение противоаварийных тренировок, учений по комплексной сервисной поддержке, мероприятий по чрезвычайным событиям и нештатным ситуациям Проведение расследования аварий и инцидентов Взаимодействие с регулирующими и надзорными органами в рамках получения разрешений, проведения комиссий и оформления иной документации. Требования Высшее техническое образование (энергетика, электротехника) Опыт работы инженером-электриком, или инженером по эксплуатации зданий в строительстве и энергетике не менее 3 лет Знание нормативных документов (СНиП, СП, ГОСТ, ПУЭ) регулирующих эксплуатацию зданий и сооружений Уверенное чтение, проверка, корректировка проектной и технической документации Опыт взаимодействия с подрядными организациями, сетевыми и ресурсоснабжающими компаниями (подготовка технических условий, технологическое подключение объектов к электрическим сетям, перераспределение мощности) Опыт организации и контроля выполнения ремонта и обслуживания электрического оборудования в помещениях/зданиях любой степени сложности Базовые знания и понимание современных технологий мониторинга и управления зданиями ( умный дом, системы диспетчеризации, телемеханика) Навык проведения испытаний электрооборудования и составления планов-графиков профилактического осмотра и ремонта техники Умение работать в режиме многозадачности.
