Обеспечивать бесперебойную и технически правильную эксплуатацию и ремонт электрических/тепловых установок и оборудования, бесперебойное обеспечение электроэнергией/теплом зданий и сооружений ФИЦ ИВТ Контролировать рациональное расходование энергоресурсов, последовательное соблюдение режима экономии Разрабатывать и контролировать графики ремонта электрических сетей, электроустановок, узлов учёта и иного оборудования, а также планы, нормы и режимы потребления электро/теплоэнергии Обеспечивать составление заявок и необходимых расчётов к ним на приобретение электро/теплотехнического оборудования, материалов и запасных частей, на отпуск электрической и тепловой энергии, разработку мероприятий по снижению норм расхода электро/теплоэнергии, внедрению новой техники, способствующей более надёжной, экономичной и безопасной работе энергетического оборудования Разрабатывать и давать заключения по разработанным проектам, участвовать в испытаниях и приёмке электро/тепло установок и сетей в эксплуатацию Обеспечивать хранение, учёт наличия и движения электро/теплотехнического и иного оборудования, учёт и анализ расхода электроэнергии, аварий и исключения их причин Составлять график и контролировать исполнение ППР сетей, электротехнического оборудования, тепло оборудования, электроустановок и КВИ. Взаимодействие с представителями сторонних организаций и ведение договорной работы по вопросам снабжения предприятия различными видами энергии Организация и контроль за соблюдением правил ОТ и ТБ работниками соответствующих подразделений

Образование высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет 2. Знание принципов организационно-технологической структуры 3. Знание принципов организации эксплуатационной и ремонтной службы 4. Знание правил составления технической документации, инструкций, паспортов и чертежей 5. Знание способов планирования работы, эксплуатации, ремонта и монтажа оборудования 6. Знание стандартов приема и сдачи оборудования контролирующим органам 7. Знания MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) 8. Навыки работы с оргтехникой (факс, сканер, МФУ, мини-АТС) 9. Навыки работы в Internet и браузерах 10. Опыт работы в системе электронного документооборота
