Вы станете частью команды, где ценят каждого сотрудника и поддерживают друг друга в любых ситуациях. Запускаем новое направление с нуля и ищем руководителя, который поможет превратить его в устойчивый и масштабируемый бизнес. Евросервис развивает направление ритуальной флористики: венки, корзины и другие изделия. Ищем человека, который возьмёт на себя запуск и развитие проекта от выстраивания процессов и ассортимента до формирования команды и достижения коммерческих результатов. Это роль для руководителя, которому интересно создавать новое, принимать решения и видеть, как его работа влияет на развитие бизнеса. Чем предстоит заниматься: - Запустить направление ритуальной флористики и разработать план его развития. - Сформировать ассортимент и организовать процессы изготовления и исполнения заказов. - Выстроить систему продаж, клиентский сервис и работу с ключевыми клиентами. - Подобрать и развивать команду направления. - Наладить взаимодействие между продажами, изготовлением и другими подразделениями компании. - Участвовать в планировании цен, затрат, выручки и других показателей. - Контролировать качество продукции и соблюдение сроков. - Анализировать результаты и находить возможности для масштабирования. Мы ищем человека, который: - Имеет опыт руководства продажами, коммерческим направлением или запуска проекта. - Умеет строить процессы с нуля и доводить идеи до результата. - Уверенно работает с планами, показателями и экономикой направления. - Может организовать работу команды и наладить взаимодействие между подразделениями. - Ответственно относится к качеству и срокам. - Готов погрузиться в специфику ритуальной флористики и работать с уважением к клиентам и их ситуации. - Опыт во флористике, производстве или ритуальной сфере будет преимуществом. Также рассмотрим кандидатов с сильным управленческим и коммерческим опытом из смежных отраслей.
