Организация показа спектаклей текущего репертуара. Участие в планировании текущего репертуара. Информирование населения о проводимых мероприятиях для привлечения зрителей, согласование и выпуск афиш, плакатов, программ. Обеспечение высокой культуры обслуживания зрителей во время мероприятий, в том числе на выездах и гастролях. Контроль хода реализации билетов по всем каналам и принятие мер для максимизации их продажи. Заведение репертуара в программу PRO.Культура, на сайт, удаленные кассы, открытие продаж, контроль заполняемости зала, работа с билетными системами, со зрителями: возвраты, замены, переносы, опоздания, создание групповых ссылок для продажи билетов. Работа с Пушкинской картой: согласование, заведение мероприятий, гашение, решение организационных вопросов. Подготовка договоров на проведение целевых, выездных, гастрольных спектаклей творческого коллектива театра, а также гастрольных, выездных спектаклей других творческих коллективов. Руководство работой билетных кассиров, распространителей билетов, гардероба для зрителей, уборщиц и других работников, обеспечивающих создание комфортабельных условий для зрителей. Организация гастролей творческого коллектива в соответствии с утверждёнными планами и заключёнными договорами. Подготовка площадок для проведения гастролей, перевозка необходимого имущества и работников творческого коллектива к месту гастролей и обратно, обеспечение их жильём и питанием. Организация дежурствна мероприятиях. Взаимодействие с департаментом культуры (или иными государственными органами) по вопросам отчетности, согласование мероприятий, предоставление планов, ответы на письма.
