Основные обязанности слесаря‑сантехника в сфере ЖКХ регламентируются: профессиональным стандартом Слесарь домовых санитарно‑технических систем и оборудования (приказ Минтруда РФ от 21.12.2015 № 1076н); Единым тарифно‑квалификационным справочником работ и профессий рабочих (ЕТКС, постановление Минтруда РФ от 15.11.1999 № 45); должностной инструкцией организации. Ключевые обязанности: Обеспечение работоспособности инженерных систем: поддерживать исправное состояние, безаварийную и надёжную работу систем центрального отопления, водоснабжения, канализации и водостоков; обеспечивать правильную эксплуатацию и своевременный качественный ремонт оборудования. Диагностика и профилактика: выявлять причины преждевременного износа систем и оборудования; принимать меры по предупреждению и устранению причин износа; проводить осмотры для выявления дефектов и потенциальных неисправностей. Ремонт и обслуживание: разбирать, ремонтировать и собирать детали и узлы санитарно‑технических систем (отопления, водоснабжения, канализации); менять участки трубопроводов (в т. ч. из чугунных труб); группировать и догруппировывать чугунные радиаторы на месте ремонта; устанавливать и заделывать крепления под трубопроводы и приборы; соединять трубопроводы, отопительные панели, санитарно‑технические кабины и блоки; выполнять сверление и пробивку отверстий в конструкциях; разметить места установки контрольно‑измерительных приборов. Подготовительные и вспомогательные работы: сортировать трубы, фитинги, фасонные части, арматуру и средства крепления; комплектовать сгоны муфтами и контргайками, болты гайками; подготавливать прядь, растворы и другие вспомогательные материалы; транспортировать детали трубопроводов, санитарно‑технические приборы и другие грузы. Испытания и приёмка: проводить испытания отремонтированных систем и арматуры; проверять герметичность и работоспособность трубопроводов; готовить отремонтированные системы к сдаче в эксплуатацию. Учёт и планирование: участвовать в составлении заявок на материалы, запасные части и инструменты; обеспечивать экономное и рациональное расходование материалов и запчастей; вести учёт выполненных работ и использованных ресурсов (если предусмотрено инструкцией). Соблюдение норм безопасности: выполнять работы с соблюдением правил охраны труда, техники безопасности и противопожарной защиты; использовать средства индивидуальной защиты; соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка организации. Дополнительные задачи: выполнять отдельные служебные поручения непосредственного руководителя; участвовать в разработке мероприятий по повышению надёжности и качества работы систем.

Отсудствие вредных привычек и желание работы в сфере ЖКХ, знаниме и умение работы слесаря-сантехника по обслуживанию инженерных сетей МКД в МОП.
