Руководство производственно-хозяйственной деятельностью производства, численностью работников порядка 120 человек; Планирование, организация, контроль и анализ деятельности механосборочного производства; Обеспечение работы по разработке и подготовке производственного процесса; Обеспечение ритмичного выполнения механосборочным подразделением плановых заданий по объему, номенклатуре и качеству продукции; Оформление первичных документов приема и выдачи производственных заданий; Работы по совершенствованию организации производства (технология, автоматизация и механизация, предупреждение брака).

Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование; Опыт работы на производстве и руководящих должностях (начальник цеха, начальник участка) не менее 5 лет; Знание технологических процессов изготовления машиностроительной продукции, используемых на производственных участках механосборочного производства; Знание технологии механической обработки и организации производства; Знание технологии сборки и сварки жаропрочных и легированных конструкционных сталей, видов и способов сварки и применяемого сварочного оборудования; Знание марок и свойств материалов, применяемых при изготовлении деталей машиностроительных изделий; Знание видов оборудования, инструмента, оснастки и их назначения; Знание методики применения режущего инструмента и назначения режимов резания в технологических процессах механической обработки; Знание порядка и методов технико-экономического и текущего производственного планирования; Знания методов и технологии получения заготовок; Знание порядка разработки перспективных и годовых планов производственной и хозяйственной деятельности организации; Знание порядка определения экономической эффективности внедрения новой техники и технологии, рационализаторских предложений и изобретений; Знание основы экономики и менеджмента, организации производства, труда и управления; Умение читать техническую документацию и чертежи; Знание методик нормирования технологических процессов механической обработки, сборки и сварки; Знание логистики производства и производственного цикла (от получения заготовок до готовой продукции); Знание методов контроля сварных соединений; Знание методов и способов приемочных испытаний изделий (нефтехимическая промышленность); Знание программы 1С Предприятие; Опытный пользователь ПК.
