- Осуществляет обработку и анализ поступающей документации по персоналу; - Разрабатывает и оформляет документацию по персоналу (первичную, учетную, плановую, по социальному обеспечению, организационную, распорядительную); - Осуществляет регистрацию, учет и текущее хранение организационной и распорядительной документации по персоналу. - Осуществляет подготовку проектов документов по процедурам управления персоналом, учету и движению персонала; - Осуществляет организацию системы движения документов по персоналу; - Проводит сбор и проверку личных документов работников; - Осуществляет подготовку и оформление по запросу работников и должностных лиц копий, выписок из кадровых документов, справок, информации о стаже, льготах, гарантиях, компенсациях и иных сведений о работниках; - Выдает работнику кадровые документы о его трудовой деятельности; -Доводит до сведения персонала организационные, распорядительные и кадровые документы организации; - Ведет учет рабочего времени административного персонала; - Осуществляет регистрацию, учет, оперативное хранение документов по персоналу, подготовку к сдаче их в архив. - Осуществляет организацию документооборота по учету и движению кадров; - Осуществляет организацию документооборота по представлению документов по персоналу в государственные органы; - Осуществляет подготовку: - по запросу государственных органов, профессиональных союзов и других представительных органов работников оригиналов, выписок, копий документов; - уведомлений, отчетной и статистической информации по персоналу; - информации о заключении трудового или гражданско-правового договора на выполнение работ (оказание услуг) с гражданином, замещавшим должности государственной или муниципальной службы, перечень которых устанавливается нормативными правовыми актами Российской Федерации. Обеспечивает составление графиков отпусков, осуществляет контроль за составлением и выполнением графиков отпусков, ведет учет предоставления отпусков работникам. - Оформляет документы, необходимые для назначения пенсий работникам. - Изучает движение и причины текучести кадров. - Обеспечивает составление установленной отчётности по работе с кадрами. -Осуществляет контроль за состоянием трудовой дисциплины в структурных подразделениях учреждения и соблюдением работниками правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. -
