The posting

2.1. Применять объективные методы обследования больного, выявлять общие и специфические признаки поражений и заболеваний грудной клетки и органов грудной полости. 2.2. Оценивать тяжесть состояния больного, определять показания к госпитализации. 2.3. Определять объем и последовательность реанимационных мероприятий, проводить антишоковые мероприятия на догоспитальном этапе и в стационаре. 2.4. Оказывать необходимую срочную помощь (искусственное дыхание, массаж сердца, остановку кровотечения, перевязку и тампонаду раны, иммобилизацию конечностей и позвоночника при травме, промывание желудка при отравлении, срочную трахеотомию при асфиксии). 2.5. Определять необходимость специальных методов исследования (лабораторных, рентгенологических, радиоизотопных, функциональных и др.), давать интерпретацию результатов. 2.6. Выполнять эндоскопические методы обследования. 2.7. Проводить дифференциальную диагностику основных заболеваний органов грудной полости у взрослых и детей, обосновывать клинический диагноз. 2.8. Обосновывать схему, план и тактику ведения больных, показания и противопоказания к операции. 2.9. Разрабатывать план подготовки больного к экстренной или плановой операции, определять степень нарушения гомеостаза; осуществлять подготовку всех функциональных систем к операции. 2.10. Применять искусственную и вспомогательную вентиляцию легких. 2.11. Определять группу крови и выполнять внутривенное переливание или внутриартериальное нагнетание крови, выявлять возможные трансфузионные осложнения, проводить борьбу с ними. 2.12. Обосновывать целесообразную технику операции при данной патологии и выполнять ее в необходимом объеме. 2.13. Выполнять бронхоскопию (неотложную, лечебную, диагностическую). 2.14. Обосновывать методику обезболивания, выполнять ее. 2.15. Проводить интубацию, наркоз и длительную искусственную вентиляцию. 2.16. Разрабатывать схему послеоперационного ведения больного, профилактики послеоперационных осложнений. 2.17. Оформлять медицинскую документацию, предусмотренную законодательством по здравоохранению. 2.18. Проводить санитарно-просветительную работу среди населения.
