The posting

Обеспечение надежной и безопасной эксплуатации и своевременного ремонта систем теплоснабжения, водопровода и канализации; Контроль исполнения заявок от подразделений СибГМУ на работы, связанные с тепло- водоснабжением и канализацией; Разработка программ обучения безопасным приемам и методам выполнения работ, инструкций по охране труду, пожарной безопасности и и проверка знаний сотрудников отдела; Составление заявок на оборудование,материалы, инструмент, спецодежду;; Учет и отчетность по материальным ресурсам; Участие в разработке технических заданий для документации на закупку материалов и оборудования, а также для выполнения проектных и строительно-монтажных работ; Ведение тех. документации, составление схем тепловых, водопроводных и канализационных сетей.

Образование высшее/среднее профессиональное (водоснабжение и канализация, теплоснабжение); Допуск к работам по эксплуатации тепловых установок (срок последней аттестации не более года); Опыт работы в сфере систем теплоснабжения, водоснабжения и канализации не менее 3 лет; Хорошие организаторские способности, ответственность и нацеленность на результат; Умение оперативно принимать решения в аварийных ситуациях; Знание основ документооборота; Умение работать на ПК и с оргтехникой. Условия: График работы 5/2, с 8.30 до 17.15 (возможно привлечение к работе в не рабочее время, для устранения аварийных ситуации).
