1. Возглавляет, руководит и в установленном порядке представляет структурное подразделение в отношениях с органами государственной власти, органами местного самоуправления, а также с иными учреждениями и организациями, различных организационно - правовых форм собственности. 2. Обеспечивает решение возложенных на структурное подразделение задач, исполнение возложенных на структурное подразделение функций. 3. Курирует вопросы: - жилищно-коммунального хозяйства - топливно-энергетического комплекса - связи. 4. Осуществляет координацию взаимодействия Администрации округа с предприятиями, организациями и учреждениями округа по вопросам организации ЖКХ, электроснабжения, газоснабжения, включая обжалование в суд их нарушений. 5. Оказывает методическую помощь подразделениям Администрации Ачитского муниципального округа в сфере строительства и ЖКХ. 6. Подготавливает аналитические и справочные материалы для Главы Ачитского МО, заместителя Главы Ачитского МО по направлениям деятельности структурного подразделения. 7. Организует сбор информации и подготовку статистических отчетов по направлению деятельности структурного подразделения. 8. Разрабатывает технические задания, требования к качеству работы, оборудованию и материалов для проведения муниципальных закупок для муниципальных нужд Администрации Ачитского МО по предмету своей деятельности. 9. Организует осуществление технического контроля по исполнению муниципального заказа по предмету своей деятельности.
