Осуществлять правовую экспертизу правовых актов и проектов правовых актов, подготовку и редактирование проектов правовых актов, договоров, контрактов, соглашений; Готовить: - проекты правовых актов Омской области по сферам деятельности Министерства; - заключения о соответствии федеральному и областному законодательству, правилам юридической техники проектов федеральных и областных законов, иных правовых актов Омской области, поступающих на рассмотрение в Министерство; - заключения о соответствии Конституции Российской Федерации, федеральному и областному законодательству, правилам юридической техники проектов правовых актов Омской области, подготовленных иными структурными подразделениями Министерства; - заключения о соответствии Конституции Российской Федерации, федеральному и областному законодательству проектов договоров и соглашений, заключаемых Министерством; - проекты правовых актов Омской области, в том числе приказов и распоряжений Министерства, по поручению Министра строительства и архитектуры Омской области (далее Министр), заместителя руководителя департамента - начальника отдела, руководителя департамента; - ответы на обращения, поступающие от органов государственной власти, органов местного самоуправления, физических и юридических лиц по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию Министерства; - заявления, ходатайства и иные документы, направляемые в правоохранительные и контролирующие органы по вопросам правового характера; - исковые заявления, отзывы на исковые заявления, доводы и ходатайства, аппеляционные и кассационные жалобы, заявления о принесении протестов в порядке надзора и иные документы, направляемые в судебные, правоохранительные и контролирующие органы. - умение собирать, обобщать, анализировать и оценивать информацию о состоянии законодательства Российской Федерации для обеспечения принятия (издания), изменения или признания утратившими силу (отмены) законодательных и иных нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации. - работа с законодательством в области гражданского и гражданско-процессуального права, анализ, толкование и правильное применение норм материального и процессуального права при рассмотрении гражданских дел; - анализ и правильное применение судебной практики по конкретным категориям гражданских дел; - анализ фактов и правоотношений при рассмотрении гражданских дел, умение оперировать основными понятиями гражданского процесса; - составления и оформления процессуальных документов; - работа с заявлениями и жалобами граждан и организаций, составления писем, отчетов, справок и обобщений по вопросам судебной деятельности в области гражданского и гражданского процессуального законодательства; - оценка коррупционных рисков; - выявление факта наличия конфликта интересов;
