Работник исполняет следующие обязанности: Разработка и проведение мероприятий по предупреждению дорожно-транспортных происшествий и контроль за их выполнением. Анализ причин возникновения дорожно-транспортных происшествий и нарушений Правил дорожного движения, совершенных водителями Работодателя, в установленном порядке, подготовка отчетов о дорожно-транспортных происшествиях и принятых мерах по их предупреждению. Осуществление сверки данных о дорожно-транспортных происшествиях, в которых участвовал подвижной состав предприятия, с данными Государственной инспекции по безопасности дорожного движения МВД России. Разработка или участие в разработке проектов локальных нормативных актов Работодателя по вопросам обеспечения безопасности дорожного движения, в том числе при перевозке крупногабаритных, тяжеловесных и опасных грузов. Организация и проведение агитационно-массовой работы по безопасности дорожного движения в коллективе. Информирование водительского состава, инженерно-технических работников, органов управления Работодателя о состоянии аварийности, причинах и обстоятельствах дорожно-транспортных происшествий. Установление причин и обстоятельств возникновения дорожно-транспортных происшествий, выявление нарушений установленных требований по обеспечению безопасности дорожного движения. Контроль за допуском водителей к управлению только теми категориями транспортных средств, право управления которыми предоставлено им в соответствии с водительскими удостоверениями. Контроль за прохождением водителями обязательных медицинских осмотров. Организация проведения инструктажа водителей об особенностях эксплуатации транспортных средств в различных дорожных и климатических условиях. Контроль за соблюдением водителями режима труда и отдыха. Организация стажировки водителей и работы водителей-наставников. Организация работы кабинета (класса) безопасности дорожного движения по плану, утвержденному Работодателем.

Образование: высшее по направлению подготовки, которая входит в группу 23.00.00 Техника и технологии наземного транспорта . При отсутствии такого образования необходима профессиональная переподготовка. Знания: законодательная база в сфере БДД, перевозки грузов, основы трудового законодательства, правила и нормы охраны труда, производственной санитарии, противопожарной защиты. Также специалист должен разбираться в правилах технической эксплуатации транспортных средств, их технико-эксплуатационных характеристиках. Умения: разрабатывать и проводить мероприятия по предупреждению дорожно-транспортных происшествий и контролировать их выполнение, анализировать причины возникновения ДТП и нарушений ПДД, готовить отчёты о них. Аттестация: специалист должен быть аттестован на право занимать должность. Аттестацию можно пройти как по собственной инициативе, так и по направлению работодателя. Стаж: для специалиста со средним профессиональным образованием необходим стаж работы в области БДД не менее трёх лет. Повышение квалификации: не реже одного раза в пять лет.
