Обязанности Организация работы: руководство сотрудниками на вверенном объекте или производстве (мастера, бригадиры, рабочие). Контроль планов: обеспечение выполнения производственных заданий и соблюдения графиков. Контроль качества: проверка соответствия выполняемых работ проектам, чертежам, ГОСТам и ТУ. Безопасность: контроль за соблюдением правил охраны труда и техники безопасности на участке. Учет ресурсов: заказ материалов, сырья и оборудования, а также контроль их бережного использования. Документация: ведение отчетности, подписание актов и ведение журналов работ, табель учета рабочего времени Требования Образование: высшее или среднее профессиональное техническое (профильное) образование. Опыт: успешный опыт работы мастером, прорабом или начальником участка от 3 лет. Навыки: умение читать чертежи, схемы и проектно-сметную документацию. Личные качества: лидерские качества, высокая ответственность, умение управлять коллективом и решать споры. ПК: уверенный пользователь ПК (желательно знание Excel, 1С или AutoCad зависит от сферы).

Образование: Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование по направлениям: Промышленное и гражданское строительство (ПГС), Проектирование, сооружение и эксплуатация газонефтепроводов и газонефтехранилищ или по профилю автоматизации (АСУТП/КИПиА) в зависимости от специфики участка. Опыт работы: Не менее 3 5 лет на инженерно-технических должностях (ИТР) в нефтегазовой отрасли (мастер, прораб, начальник участка). Аттестация: Обязательное наличие действующих аттестаций по промышленной безопасности (Ростехнадзор) и охране труда. При ведении сварочно-монтажных работ необходима аттестация НАКС (не ниже III уровня). Здоровье: Успешное прохождение жесткого обязательного медицинского осмотра и психиатрического освидетельствования для работы на опасных производственных объектах (ОПО). Профессиональные знания и навыки Знание регламентов: Доскональное знание нормативно-технической документации (РД, ОР) ПАО Транснефть, стандартов входного контроля материалов и правил сдачи объектов в эксплуатацию. Документооборот: Умение формировать, проверять и подписывать исполнительную документацию, журналы работ, акты скрытых работ, а также формы КС-2 и КС-3. Управление персоналом: Опыт оперативного руководства коллективом (от мастеров и ПТО до субподрядных бригад). Основные обязанности Организация и контроль выполнения строительно-монтажных или ремонтных работ в строгом соответствии с графиком и ППР (проектом производства работ). Взаимодействие с представителями Заказчика (технический надзор, строительный контроль ПАО Транснефть ) и успешная сдача им этапов работ. Обеспечение и строгий контроль соблюдения требований охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности на участке. Оформление нарядов-допусков на работы повышенной опасности и огневые работы.
