Динамическое наблюдение за пациентами при высоком риске развития хронических заболеваний или при хронических заболеваниях, не сопровождающихся угрозой жизни, по назначению врача. Выявление предраковых заболеваний и злокачественных новообразований, направление пациентов с подозрением на злокачественное образование или с предраковыми заболеваниями в первичный онкологический кабинет. Организация диспансерного наблюдения за пациентами с высоким риском хронических неинфекционных заболеваний, с хроническими заболеваниями, в том числе с предраковыми, для коррекции лечения и плана наблюдения. Разработка плана лечения пациентов с хроническими неосложнёнными заболеваниями, их обострениями, травмами, отравлениями. Применение лекарственных препаратов, специальных продуктов лечебного питания и медицинских изделий при заболеваниях и состояниях, не сопровождающихся угрозой жизни пациента, с учётом возрастных особенностей. Предотвращение или устранение осложнений, побочных действий, нежелательных реакций от применения лекарств, медицинских изделий и немедикаментозного лечения. Посещение пациентов на дому для динамического наблюдения за состоянием, течением заболевания, измерение и оценка показателей жизнедеятельности в динамике, интерпретация полученных данных. Оценка интенсивности тягостных симптомов, в том числе боли, определение и документирование невербальных признаков боли, расчёт ранговых индексов боли, мониторинг уровня боли. Отпуск и применение лекарственных препаратов, включая наркотические и психотропные, в случае возложения на фельдшера отдельных функций лечащего врача. Направление пациентов, нуждающихся в медицинской реабилитации, к врачам-специалистам для назначения и проведения реабилитационных мероприятий. Определение медицинских показаний для проведения мероприятий медицинской реабилитации, в том числе при реализации индивидуальной программы реабилитации или абилитации инвалидов. Проведение доврачебного обследования пациентов, в том числе инвалидов, с последствиями травм, операций, хронических заболеваний на этапах реабилитации, оценка функциональных возможностей пациента, определение реабилитационного потенциала. Применение методов и средств медицинской реабилитации по назначению врачей-специалистов в соответствии с индивидуальной программой реабилитации. Проведение диспансеризации, в том числе детей-сирот, оставшихся без попечения родителей. Диспансерное наблюдение женщин в период физиологически протекающей беременности для предупреждения прерывания беременности, профилактики и ранней диагностики возможных осложнений беременности, родов, послеродового периода и патологии новорождённых. Проведение профилактических, противоэпидемических и санитарно-гигиенических мероприятий, направленных на снижение инфекционной и паразитарной заболеваемости, травматизма на работе и в быту.
