Для выполнения указанных задач медицинский психолог обязан: 1. владеть стандартами оказания услуг ранней помощи детям и семьям (значимым взрослым); владеть диагностическими методиками для проведения углубленных оценок, уметь разрабатывать индивидуальные программы ранней помощи (ИПРП); 2. владеть практическими приемами оказания помощи ребенку и его ближайшему окружению, владеть технологиями сотрудничества с семьей (коуч-стратегиями); 3. знать и применять на практике основы андрогогики; 4. работать со значимым взрослым, парой значимый взрослый ребенок, ребенком на основании выявленных трудностей; 5. оказывать консультативную, психологическую помощь семьям с детьми, в том числе семьям, воспитывающим детей-инвалидов, и их сопровождение; 6. разрабатывать рекомендации и проводить консультации с целью содействия семьям с детьми в развитии навыков, необходимых для решения социальных и личных проблем; 7. обеспечивать комплекс мер по сохранению жизни и здоровья детей в соответствии с Инструкцией по охране жизни и здоровья детей при очной работе в помещениях учреждения; 8. соблюдать законные права и интересы детей и их семей (значимых взрослых); 9. до начала работы знакомиться: с представленным пакетом документов на ребенка, видеоматериалами в естественных жизненных ситуациях; 10. проводить обработку представленной анкеты на ребенка; 11. подготовить рабочее место для проведения встречи (очной, дистанционной, домашнего визитирования);

Медицинский психолог должен знать: -законодательство Российской Федерации и международные документы в области защиты прав детей; -нормативные правовые акты, регламентирующие организацию и реализацию социально-психологического сопровождения, психологической помощи семьям с детьми; -нормативные правовые акты по вопросам комплексной реабилитации и абилитации инвалидов и детей-инвалидов в Российской Федерации; -стандарты оказания услуг ранней помощи; порядок разработки и реализации индивидуальной программы ранней помощи; -основы социальной психологии, психологии малых групп, психологии личности; -проблемы социализации на разных ступенях развития ребенка, нарушения социализации (дезадаптация, депривация); -особенности адаптации детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, в замещающих семьях; -психологию семьи и семейных отношений; -психологию воспитания, роли и функции родителей; -инструментарий и методы работы с семьей; -порядок взаимодействия и этику общения с лицами, признанными инвалидами (детьми-инвалидами), включая порядок оказания им помощи в преодолении барьеров на объекте и в обеспечении доступности услуг; -возрастную психологию, педагогическую психологию, психодиагностику, патопсихологию; -основы психологического консультирования; -основы проведения психологического тренинга; -требования к конфиденциальности личной информации, хранению и оперированию персональными данными физических лиц; -психологию профессионального общения; основы работы с текстовыми редакторами, электронными таблицами, электронной почтой и браузерами, мультимедийным оборудованием;
