Выполняет работу по ведению бухгалтерского учета основных средств в соответствии с положениями действующего законодательства РФ. Функционально решает задачи бюджетного учета основных средств: контроль за их наличием и сохранностью с момента приобретения до момента выбытия в местах их эксплуатации и по материально ответственным лицам; правильное и своевременное начисление амортизации основных средств; получение сведений для правильного расчета налоговых платежей; контроль за правильным и эффективным использованием средств на реконструкцию, модернизацию и ремонт основных средств, контроль за эффективным использованием основных средств по времени, мощности, выявление излишних и неиспользуемых объектов; получение данных для составления статистической и бухгалтерской отчетности о наличии и движении основных средств. Участвует в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий, направленных на соблюдение финансовой дисциплины и рациональное использование ресурсов. Осуществляет прием и контроль первичной документации на данном участке бухгалтерского учета по группам, наименованиям, количеству, в разрезе материально ответственных лиц и мест хранения, полученных в рамках государственных договоров на нужды бюджетного учреждения, на основании первичных учетных документов, подтверждающих исполнение поставщиком условий договора по передаче основных средств. Отражает на счетах бухгалтерского учета операции, связанные с движением основных средств. Операции по поступлению, внутреннему перемещению, выбытию (в том числе по основанию списания) объектов основных средств оформляются бухгалтерскими записями на основании первичных (сводных) учетных документов в порядке, предусмотренном Инструкциями по применению Планов счетов. Для учета основных средств применять унифицированные формы первичных документов и регистры бухгалтерского учета утвержденные постановлением Госкомстата России. Учет основных средств на соответствующих счетах плана счетов бухгалтерского учета вести в соответствии с требованиями Общероссийского классификатора основных фондов. Аналитический учет основных средств ведет на инвентарных карточках, открываемых на соответствующие объекты (группу объектов) основных средств, за исключением объектов библиотечного фонда и объектов движимого имущества стоимостью до 3000 рублей включительно, в разрезе материально ответственных лиц и видов имущества.
