The posting

Проверять состояние системы. Вместе с представителем администрации или со сменяемым кочегаром он оценивает целостность отопительной системы, наличие противопожарного инвентаря, а также исправность сигнализации, телефонов и освещения. Контролировать подачу тепла. Кочегар совершает наружный и внутренний обход системы и не менее трёх раз за смену проверяет, насколько качественно тепло поступает в классы и другие помещения школы. Реагировать на неполадки. Если в системе обнаруживаются неисправности, сотрудник докладывает об этом лицу, которому подчиняется (например, директору или заместителю по хозяйственной части). Действовать при пожаре. В такой ситуации кочегар поднимает тревогу, извещает пожарную команду и дежурного по отделению милиции, а также принимает меры для ликвидации возгорания. Вести документацию. Он принимает и сдаёт дежурство, делая соответствующую запись в журнале. Соблюдать технику безопасности. В том числе правила при работе с электроприборами. Выполнять общие трудовые обязанности. Следовать правилам внутреннего трудового распорядка: соблюдать дисциплину, бережно относиться к оборудованию и инструментам, содержать рабочее место в чистоте, периодически проходить медосмотры.

Возраст и здоровье. К самостоятельной работе допускают лиц не моложе 18 лет, которые прошли медицинский осмотр и не имеют противопоказаний по состоянию здоровья. Обучение и допуск. Человек должен пройти специальное обучение (по программе для машиниста (кочегара) котельной на твёрдом топливе), сдать экзамен и получить удостоверение, которое даёт право на выполнение этих работ. Важно: знания нужно регулярно проверять не реже одного раза в год. Знания. Кочегар должен разбираться в устройстве и принципе работы котлов, контрольно-измерительных приборов, систем безопасности и схем теплосетей. Ему нужно знать правила рационального сжигания топлива, нормы его расхода, причины возможных неисправностей и способы их устранения. Также в круг знаний входят правила охраны труда, техники безопасности (в том числе электробезопасности), пожарной безопасности и производственной санитарии.
