Высшее образование (специалитет, магистратура,) по направлениям: Электроэнергетика и электротехника (предпочтительно профили: Высоковольтная электроэнергетика и электротехника, Релейная защита и автоматизация электроэнергетических систем, Электроэнергетические системы и сети, Электрические станции; Гидроэлектростанции; Электроснабжение, Гидравлические машины, гидроприводы и гидропневмоавтоматика ); Строительство ( Гидротехническое строительство ); Автоматизация и управление; Энергетическое машиностроение . Стаж работы не менее 3 лет в должности инженера 1-й категории по направлению группы. Знания и умения: Технические характеристики, конструктивные особенности, принципы и режимы работы гидротурбинного, гидромеханического, грузоподъемного и вспомогательного оборудования, правила их эксплуатации Нормативные и методические материалы по организации ремонтов и технического обслуживания ТиГМО ГЭС Схемы гидротурбинного, гидромеханического оборудования, а также вспомогательных систем, компоновки оборудования технологических процессов производства Технологии эксплуатации, диагностики состояния ТиГМО Основы технологического процесса производства электрической энергии и мощности Организации проведения приемосдаточных испытаний, приемки выполняемых работ подрядными организациями Правил пожарной безопасности на энергетических предприятиях; Правил технической эксплуатации электростанций и сетей РФ Правил применения и испытаний средств защиты, используемых в электроустановках Организационно-распорядительные документы и нормативные материалы органов, осуществляющих надзор за деятельностью ГЭС Правила оформления технической документации Уверенный пользователь ПК в программах MS Office: (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), AutoCAD, специализированные программы в своей предметной области, и т.п.
