- своевременная подготовка палат к обходу лечащего врача; - оказывает помощь медицинской сестре палатной в уходе за тяжелобольными; - не реже 2-х раз в день (утром и вечером) производить тщательную влажную текущую уборку закрепленных палат и других помещений отделения, а также в любое время суток, в случае необходимости: при проведении влажной уборки вытирать пыль на подоконниках, окнах, витражах, кроватях, стульях, находящихся в данном помещении; 2 раза в сутки чистить раковины, 4 раза унитазы в закрепленных палатах, помещениях на основании приказа МЗ СССР № 916; систематически поддерживать чистоту всех дверей, дверных проемов, как с внутренней стороны, так и снаружи; проветривание и кварцевание палат в соответствии с требованиями санитарно-гигиенического и санитарно-противоэпидемического режимов; соблюдение требований, предъявляемых к маркировке, обработке и дезинфекции уборочного инвентаря и использование его по назначению; - следит за правильным использованием и хранением предметов ухода за больными; - своевременная смена постельного и нательного белья, проведение гигиенических процедур и купания пациентов при тяжелых состояниях; - своевременная подача, уборка судна и мочеприемника и правильная их обработка и дезинфекция; - оказание помощи палатной медицинской сестре в переносе, перевозке лежачих пациентов, транспортировка их на все виды исследований; - мыть руки лежачим больным с мылом перед приемом пищи, помогать утром и вечером чистить зубы, умываться, причесываться, подмывать детей и взрослых, если есть в этом необходимость; - постоянно следить за чистотой белья у больных, находящихся на постельном режиме, своевременно менять загрязненное белье, следить за отсутствием складок, крошек на постели; - следить за чистотой графинов, чайников для питьевой воды, находящихся в палатах, своевременно менять воду (через каждые 2 часа); - переодевать больных в больничную одежду в отсутствии сестры-хозяйки, сделав опись одежды больного в 2-х экземплярах, передав один экземпляр на руки больному, а второй медицинской сестре для подклеивания в историю болезни и, записав в журнале о приеме одежды больного на сохранение, с дальнейшей передачей по смене или сестре-хозяйке под роспись. Для приема на работу участников специальной операции.
