Мобилизационная подготовка и планирование: Участие в разработке и корректировке документов мобилизационного планирования (планов переводов на работу в условиях военного времени, планов гражданской обороны и др.). Ведение учета военнообязанных граждан, подлежащих призыву по мобилизации, ибронирование граждан, пребывающих в запасе (в соответствии с законодательством РФ и инструкциями Межведомственной комиссии по бронированию). Организация и контроль соблюдения режима секретности и защиты государственной тайны в пределах своей компетенции. Взаимодействие с ведомствами: Оперативное взаимодействие с военными комиссариатами, органами военного управления, министерствами и ведомствами по вопросам мобилизационной подготовки. Участие в организации и проведении учений, тренировок и сборов по гражданской обороне и мобилизационной подготовке. Административная и учетная деятельность: Ведение установленной отчетности, оформление учетно-воинских документов, справок и аналитических материалов. Подготовка проектов распорядительных документов (приказов, распоряжений, инструкций, отчетов) по направлению мобилизационной работы. Консультирование структурных подразделений/организаций по вопросам ведения воинского учета и бронирования. Контрольные функции: Проверка состояния воинского учета и бронирования граждан в подведомственных организациях (или на предприятиях территории). Участие в работе комиссий в рамках установленных мобилизационных задач.

Знание федерального законодательства в сфере обороны, мобилизационной подготовки и мобилизации (ФЗ № 31-ФЗ, ФЗ № 61-ФЗ), а также положений о воинском учете и бронировании. Навыки работы со служебной документацией с грифом секретности (при наличии соответствующей формы допуска или готовности ее оформить). Уверенное владение ПК, знание специализированных программных средств и офисных пакетов (MS Office, СЭД). Личные качества и требования: Высокий уровень ответственности, дисциплинированности и исполнительности. Стрессоустойчивость, способность работать с большим объемом конфиденциальной информации в режиме строгой регламентации. Наличие (или готовность к оформлению) допуска к государственной тайне (соответствующей формы).
