Оказывать правовую помощь структурным подразделениям Общества в оформлении различного рода правовых документов; Принимать участие в работе по заключению хозяйственных договоров, проведении их правовой экспертизы; Участвовать в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по укреплению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины, обеспечению сохранности имущества Общества; Проводить изучение практики заключения и исполнения хозяйственных договоров; Подготавливать справочную документацию на основе применения современных информационных технологий и вычислительных средств о действующих законодательных актах; Участвовать в мероприятиях по досудебному урегулированию споров; Представлять интересы Общества в судах общей юрисдикции, в арбитражных судах, на заседаниях административных комиссий, а также в государственных и общественных организациях при рассмотрении правовых вопросов, осуществлять ведение административных и судебных дел. Осуществлять справочно-информационную работу по законодательству и нормативным актам с применением технических средств; Консультировать работников Общества по организационно-правовым и другим юридическим вопросам, подготавливать заключения, оказывать содействие в оформлении документов и актов имущественно-правового характера; Обеспечивать нотариальное удостоверение документов Общества; Осуществлять мониторинг обновлений законодательства Российской Федерации; Выполнять обязанности корпоративного секретаря Общества; Вести отчетность, связанную с корпоративной работой в Обществе; Обеспечивать сопровождение договорной работы. Осуществлять учет и вести реестр договоров/дополнительных соглашений Общества; Осуществлять хранение договоров/дополнительных соглашений Общества.

высшее (юридическое) образование и стаж работы не менее двух лет на должности юрисконсульта 1 категории или не менее пяти лет на должностях по направлению профессиональной деятельности
