Управление оборудованием для вакуумирования, запайки лотков и термоусадки. Нанесение этикеток со штрихкодами, датой производства, сроком годности, весом и сортом говядины. Бережное размещение упакованных лотков в гофрокороба, пластиковые ящики или термобоксы для последующей транспортировки.Строгое следование правилам личной гигиены, ношение спецодежды (халат/комбинезон, нарукавники, перчатки, шапочка, маска, теплая обувь для работы в охлаждаемых цехах). Поддержание чистоты конвейера, весов, фасовочных столов и упаковочного оборудования до, во время и после смены. Визуальная проверка качества швов вакуумных пакетов и запайки лотков. Своевременное изъятие из потока деформированной упаковки, продукции с нарушением веса или внешними дефектами. Сбор картонных коробок, заправка упаковочных лент и пленок в термоформовочные машины. Укладка коробов с говядиной на поддоны, обмотка стрейч-пленкой и перемещение в зону охлаждения или заморозки (склады готовой продукции).
