Врач‑физиотерапевт обязан: 2.1. Проводить приём и осмотр пациентов, собирать жалобы и анамнез, оценивать состояние пациента для определения целесообразности физиотерапевтических методов лечения. 2.2. Устанавливать медицинские показания и противопоказания к применению физиотерапевтических факторов с учётом диагноза, возраста, сопутствующих заболеваний и индивидуальных особенностей пациента. 2.3. Назначать индивидуальные программы физиотерапии в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями и стандартами медицинской помощи, определять параметры воздействия (доза, частота, длительность курса). 2.4. Контролировать выполнение физиотерапевтических процедур средним медперсоналом, обеспечивать соблюдение методик и безопасность проведения процедур. 2.5. Оценивать эффективность и переносимость физиотерапии, при необходимости корректировать план лечения. 2.6. Выявлять осложнения и нежелательные реакции, возникающие в ходе физиотерапевтического лечения, и своевременно принимать меры (вплоть до оказания неотложной помощи в пределах своей компетенции). 2.7. Консультировать врачей других специальностей по вопросам применения физиотерапии, участвовать в консилиумах и мультидисциплинарных обсуждениях тактики ведения пациентов. 2.8. Руководить и инструктировать средний и младший медицинский персонал физиотерапевтического подразделения, контролировать соблюдение ими правил техники безопасности, санитарных норм и стандартов оказания помощи. 2.9. Вести медицинскую документацию (амбулаторные карты, истории болезни, листы назначений, журналы учёта процедур, электронные формы) в соответствии с требованиями законодательства и локальными актами учреждения. 2.10. Обеспечивать правильное хранение, учёт и рациональное использование расходных материалов и лекарственных средств, применяемых в физиотерапии. 2.11. Соблюдать требования по охране труда, пожарной безопасности, санитарно‑эпидемиологическому режиму и внутреннему распорядку учреждения. 2.12. Участвовать в проведении внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности, в том числе в разборе инцидентов и анализе ошибок. 2.13. Повышать квалификацию, проходить периодическую аккредитацию, участвовать в образовательных мероприятиях по профилю специальности. 2.14. Проводить санитарно‑просветительскую работу с пациентами по вопросам здорового образа жизни, профилактики заболеваний и рационального применения физиотерапии.
