The posting

Приготавливать по заданной рецептуре растворы для нанесения оболочки. Проводить загрузку таблеток-ядер и раствора для нанесения покрытия в бункер. Осуществлять контроль за ходом технологического процесса нанесения оболочки с помощью контрольно-измерительных приборов, по результатам анализов и визуально с целью получения таблеток, покрытых оболочкой, требуемого веса, формы и поверхности. Поддерживать заданные параметры технологического процесса (скорость, давление и др.). Проводить подготовку обслуживаемого оборудования к очистке, ремонту, приём его из ремонта. Проводить выгрузку таблеток, покрытых оболочкой, в тару. Проводить визуальный контроль качества таблеток, покрытых оболочкой. Вести учёт переработанного сырья, выработанной продукции. Правильно вести соответствующую документацию. Проводить уборку рабочего места, приспособлений, инструментов, технологического оборудования участка ТЛФ и содержать их в надлежащем состоянии. Проводить растаривание сырья, вспомогательных веществ, материалов и полупродуктов, необходимых для проведения технологического процесса производства лекарственных средств. Производить отбор проб полупродуктов, получаемых при проведении технологического процесса производства лекарственных средств.

Без предъявления требований к образованию. Опыт работы в аналогичной должности на фармацевтическом предприятии обязателен.
