1. Подготовка документов по приемке образовательных учреждений к новому учебному году, участвовать в работе межведомственных комиссий; 2. Контроль за организацией работы по гражданской обороне, действиях в условиях чрезвычайных ситуаций, а также в рамках мероприятий по ликвидации последствий стихийных бедствий; 3. Контроль и обеспечение профилактики антитеррористической и экстремистской деятельности в образовательных учреждениях; 4. Контроль за деятельностью администрации муниципального образовательного автономного учреждения психолого-педагогической и медико-социальной помощи Центр психолого-педагогической реабилитации и коррекции Диалог г. Шимановска, городского ПМПК; 5. Координировать работу с детьми-инвалидами, детьми с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, детьми, состоящими на учете в КДН и ПДН, детьми, попавшими в сложную жизненную ситуацию; 6. Контроль за организацией работы по обеспечению отдыха, оздоровления и занятости детей и подростков; 7. Контроль за организацией питания и медицинского обслуживания обучающихся в общеобразовательных учреждениях; 8. Обеспечивать реализацию целевых программ на территории муниципального образования город Шимановск по соответствующим направлениям деятельности УО; 9. Координировать работу по профилактике детского дорожно-транспортного травматизма и дорожной безопасности; 10. Осуществлять контроль за лицензированием образовательных учреждений и аккредитации образовательной деятельности; 11.Участвовать в организации и проведении комплексных и тематических проверок образовательных учреждений города, изучать, анализировать, выявлять положительный и отрицательный опыт в работе администраций образовательных учреждений, готовить проекты итоговых документов; 12. Осуществлять оперативную связь с образовательными учреждениями, своевременно информировать образовательные учреждения о наиболее важных решениях, принимаемых на федеральном, региональном и муниципальном уровнях, получать оперативную информацию об образовательной деятельности учреждений города.
