Администратор театра выполняет следующие функциональные обязанности: 2.1. Организует работу с физическими и юридическими лицами по приобретению билетов на мероприятия, проводимые на площадке театра или на иных площадках. 2.2. Организует работу с физическими и юридическими лицами по посещению мероприятий, проводимых на площадке театра или на иных площадках. 2.3. Обеспечивает проведение мероприятий, проводимых театром для льготных категорий граждан, в соответствии с Положением о порядке льготного посещения отдельными категориями граждан мероприятий, проводимых театром и Порядком оказания услуг (предоставления льгот) многодетным семьям при посещении мероприятий, проводимых театром. 2.4. В части касающейся, является ответственным лицом за организацию работы по посещению мероприятий, проводимых театром, участниками СВО и членами их семей, многодетными семьями. 2.5. В части касающихся, является ответственным лицом за достижение целевого показателя, по посещению мероприятий, проводимых театром в рамках программы популяризации культурных мероприятий среди молодежи Пушкинская карта . 2.6. Организует работу со зрителем в части оценки качества ими предоставляемых услуг театром, в том числе, обеспечиваем достижение целевого показателя на соответствующий отчетный период. 2.7. Подготавливает в установленный срок ответы на поступающие запросы министерства культуры Воронежской области, иных органов и организаций. 2.8. Организует работу по подготовке зрительских помещений к приему и обслуживанию зрителей. 2.9. Организует своевременное распространение рекламы. 2.10. Следит за содержанием в надлежащем порядке световой рекламы, фоторекламы и других средств оповещения зрителей и принимает меры по устранению в них технических дефектов. 2.11. Обеспечивает во время проведения мероприятий высокую культуру обслуживания зрителей, в том числе на выездах и гастролях. 2.12. Организует и контролирует работу касс по продаже билетов, своевременное оповещение зрителей о времени работы касс, количестве и ценах поступающих в продажу билетов. 2.13. Дежурит на спектаклях: контролирует состояние зрительного зала, вестибюлей фойе перед приемом зрителей. 2.14. Рассматривает и выполняет в пределах своей компетенции просьбы зрителей. 2.15. Контролирует работу зрительного гардероба. 2.16. Следит за продажей зрителям программ, буклетов перед началом мероприятия и в антрактах. 2.17. Обеспечивает своевременное размещение зрителей в зрительном зале. 2.18. Участвует в подготовке и проведении гастролей. 2.19. Ведёт график вызова на работу и табель учета работы обслуживающего персонала. 2.20. Обеспечивает прием маломобильных граждан, учитывая их особенности, обусловленные физическим состоянием:

На должность администратора назначается лицо, имеющее высшее профессиональное образование (экономическое, юридическое, культуры и искусства, педагогическое, техническое) без предъявления требований к стажу работы или среднее профессиональное образование (экономическое, юридическое, культуры и искусства, педагогическое, техническое) и стаж работы по направлению профессиональной деятельности не менее 5 лет.
