The posting

Проводит осмотр вновь поступающих больных, обеспечивает оперативное установление диагноза, консультацию больных необходимыми специалистами, при наличии показаний осуществляет госпитализацию больных. Своервеменно оказывает экстренную медицинскую помощь и проводит начальные реанимационные мероприятия. При выявлении больных, подозрительных на особо опасные инфекции, проводит мероприятия согласно Инструкции. Отпускает больных домой при отсутствии показаний к госпитализации только после тщательного осмотра, обследования, установления диагноза и оказания лечебной помощи (в ночное время только с сопровождающими). Особое внимание уделяет диагностике больных с алкогольным опьянением. Наблюдает за порядком в отделениях и на территории больницы. Контролирует качество и своевременность выполнения врачебных назначений средним медицинским персоналом отделений. Обеспечивает наблюдение за тяжелобольными, следит за состоянием их здоровья, соблюдением режима и выполнением лечебно-диагностических назначений. При выявлении больных, подозрительных на особо опасные инфекции, проводит мероприятия согласно рекомендациям Министерства здравоохранения и ЦГСЭН. Ведет медицинскую документацию: - в карте стационарного больного фиксирует дату и время осмотра больного, вносит данные о состоянии, данные проведенного обследования, манипуляций и медикаментозного лечения; - при отказах в госпитализации в соответствующем журнале подробно описывает объективные данные, причины отказов, проведенные исследования и лечебные мероприятия; -в журнале передачи дежурств фиксирует количество больных в отделениях, наблюдаемых тяжелобольных, вновь поступивших и умерших с указанием диагноза, а так же все случаи чрезвычайных происшествий за время дежурства. Неотлучно находится в отделении в специально отведенной комнате. В случае ухода ставит в известность дежурный медицинский персонал о месте своего нахождения.
